THE PROJECT:
The brief was to make the spaces feel finished and pulled together. This lovely client had done such a great job on her own but needed help with the extra push at the end to bring it all to life. This is a great reminder and something I tell my clients that you need to budget money at the end for accessories to finish the room, because even the most beautiful sofa in the world is not enough on its own to complete a space.
The Client:
Practically a designer herself the client is an art lover with fantastic and decisive taste, and a stockpile of furniture and lighting that could rival 1st Dibs, ie basically a dream client.
Inspiration:
We found inspiration in a fun abstract chevron rug, we pulled some of the accent colors out and went way bolder with the blue, we wanted to tie it all in without being matchy-matchy.
